Great apartment located in the well known and appreciated Playa Nueva Romana resort. awesome terrace on the yard and the pool, just a few steps from the beach and the pool. very comfortable condo fully equipped with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus sofa bed for 4/6 people (4 adults & 2 kids). Spacious condo featuring a terrace with outside furnitures and a view on the yard & the pool. Enjoy the turquoise water of the Caribbean sea just a few steps away !

Several restaurants and shopping are located in the resort and the wonderful Nueva Romana country club for golf amateurs . great opportunity.

Guests access: pool, children pool, private beach and club beach (a few mn walking distance). they have also access to the golf course which will charge a green fee and club house.

Other details: Gated and guarded community 24/7, many excursions to do around like catalina island, the caves ” las maravillas” national park or altos de chavon .

- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the whole stay unless special written agreement between us.
- Only people registered in the rental agreement have access to the pool.
- Visitors allowed in the building and the apartment only with agreement of the owner
- Guests have to pay their consumption of electricity, before check in flat fee 15 USD per night for short term rental, for a monthly rental consumption has to be paid security deposit 200 USD.
- Weekly cleaning by our house keeper may be required for stays over a week.
- Due to allergies we are unable to host animals
- This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents (passport for non-residents) are required to register guests and visitors.
