This beautiful 3-Bedroom 3-Bathroom apartment is uniquely situated between the beach and the pool, offering everyone in your group water views from their own room. The two master bedrooms overlook the beach and the double suite overlooks the pool.
MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TIME – NO PLANS NO WORRIES!
Staying so close to the beach will allow you to spend less time planning and more time enjoying your vacation. There is even an on-site restaurant and bar conveniently located right below the apartment with daily lunches and fresh juices to enjoy.
KEEP EVERYONE HAPPY
This apartment lets everyone in your group ride their own wave. Whether you want some beach action, a bite to eat or just to chill by the pool, it will all be easy because the apartment is located at the center of it all.
PRIVATE BEACH:
Just in front of the apartment you will have your own private beach with plenty of palapas and lounge chairs for you to relax. You can play games like beach volleyball or if you prefer you can just lay in the sun and enjoy the afternoon sea breeze.
Feel free to leave your sandals at home because you will enjoy the amazing feature that both the coral sand on the beach and the coral tiles around the pool stay cool even on the sunniest of days.
Guest access:
All our guests will enjoy access to the beautifully designed Stanza Mare community with 24 hour security, large pool, and the largest private beach in the area with plenty of palapas and lounge chairs. The apartment also comes with 2 parking spots.
Neighborhood description:
Front beach residence, mn walking from restaurants, groceries and shopping of Plaza Turquesa, no need a car. A few mn driving from two other malls, Palma real (currently under renovation), San Juan and Down Town center.
Getting around
By taxi or Uber from the airport. Punta Cana extends over nearly 35 kms, from the Airport to Macao Beach, there is not really a City Center, therefore to fully enjoy the benefits of Punta Cana, we recommend to rent a car at Melo Rentals, Av Alemania, it’s very close from the residence, it may be more affordable for a few days. We provide transportation, recommendations guide and excursions travel agency.

- Only guests registered at booking and check in have access to the pool.
- Visitors allowed with agreement of the owner only, resort gated and guarded
- For short term rental guest have to pay electricity before check in, a deposit of 25 USD per day will be required, guests have a credit of 75 kw/h per night, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD). ♻️ 🌎 Remember to put off A/C and light when you go out or are not in a room, 🌎 no A/C running with windows open.
For a monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption, security deposit 500 USD will be requested.
Payment has to be done by Airbnb payment request.
