Outstanding new condo with a large terrace and yard with outside furnitures in front of the living. Modern kitchen well equipped and laundry with washer dryer. One terrace with dining for 6 with BBQ and a second terrace with armchairs in front of the master. The condo is surrounded by a private yard just a few steps to the pool. Enjoy the wonderful Iberostate Golf Course and the turquoise water of the Caribbean sea a few mn away at the free Beach club.
Guests access: Entire condo, pool, tennis, kids area, Iberostate residence free Beach Club.
Golf course green fee will be charged 75 USD. You can buy daily pass from Iberostar hotels to enjoy hotels amenities from 11 am to 6 pm (the daily pass is 50 USD per day and per person for Bavaro hotel and 100 USD per day and per person for Grand Hotel. You will have to manage this directly with the hotel. It’s about 5 mn by golf cart that you can order to the hotel, depends on availability.

Neighborhood:The residence is surrounding by the pool, tennis court and the golf course. View on the golf course from the terrace and the yard. The beach Club is at a 15 mn walking distance. The club house is a few steps away with a snack bar service. All inclusive service available on demand at the Iberostar hotels nearby (cf. details in description) . Golf carts available for rent 350 USD per week.
Getting around:You can order our Transportation or take a taxi from the Airport, to fully enjoy the benefits of Punta Cana which extend on nearly 30 Kms , we recommend to rent a car at the airport where you will find good deals for small cars. Uber is also available.

- Visitors allowed in the building and the apartment only with agreement of the owner.
- For short term rental guest have to pay electricity before check in, a deposit of 25 USD per day will be required, guests have a credit of 75 kw/h per night, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD). ♻️ 🌎 Remember to put off A/C and light when you go out or are not in a room, 🌎 no A/C running with windows open. , for monthly rental consumption has to be paid with a deposit of 500 USD.
- Weekly cleaning by our house keeper may be required for stays over a week.

- This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents (passport for non-residents) are required to register guests and visitors.
