- Guests have to pay electricity before check in flat fee 15 usd per night and 150 USD for a monthly rental
- Weekly cleaning by our house keeper maybe required for long stay.
- Due to allergies we are unable to host animals
- This apartment is in a gated and guarded condominium and identity documents (passport for non-residents) are required to register guests and visitors.
