You have also 2 other malls, with restaurants, shopping at 5 mn driving and the wonderful Cocotal Golf country club for Golf amateurs. Our team is on site to help you feeling like at home and make sure you will have the quality of service that you deserve. Isn’t it the best place for successful vacations ?
Guest access: Entire apartment, pool of the residence and the wonderful Bavaro beach at less then 100 meters.
Neighborhood description
Residence almost on the Bavaro beach, 2 mn walking, 2/3 mn walking from restaurants, groceries and shopping of Plaza turquesa, no need a car. A few mn driving to other malls, included San Juan and Down Town center both with Supermarket.
Getting around:
By taxi or Uber from the airport. Punta Cana extends over nearly 35 kms, from the Airport to Macao Beach, there is not really a City Center, therefore to fully enjoy the benefits of Punta Cana, we recommend to rent a car at Melo Rentals, Av Alemania, it’s very close from the residence, it may be more affordable for a few days.

- Only guests registered at booking and check in have access to the pool.
- Visitors allowed with agreement of the owner only, resort gated and guarded
- For short term rental guest have to pay electricity before check in, a deposit of 15 USD per day will be required, guests have a credit of 45 kw/h per night, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD). ♻️ 🌎 Remember to put off A/C and light when you go out or are not in a room, 🌎 no A/C running with windows open.
For a monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption, security deposit 300 USD will be requested.
Payment has to be done by Airbnb payment request.

- This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents (passport for non-residents) are required to register guests and visitors.
